Which treats should I feed my dog who needs a wheat free diet due to allergies? |

The Veggie Bites and Veggie Treats are made of Rice Flour and Organic Vegetables. We have an entire line of gluten free/wheat free treats about to come to market. |

What are the frostings made of? |

The peanut butter treats have peanut butter frosting and the other treats have a yogurt frosting. If the yogurt is colored, we used organic vegetable powder and mix it with the white frosting to achieve the desired color. |

How long until I receive my products once the order is placed? |

It usually takes Paypal three business days to deposit funds into our account from yours. Once we receive funds it takes approximately 48 hours to process, package and ship your order. We use priority mail through United States Postal Service so we can ship to post office boxes. |

Our one treat daily serving size is the recommendation for a medium sized 30 pounds dog. |

We call the treat a success if at least 18 of the 24 dogs gobble the treat. We don't count the sniff and lick or bury approach a success.... |

How do I return purchased items? |

Doggie Bon Bons, Inc stands behind it's products 100%. The only items we can accept as returns are the collars and leashes within 90 days of purchase. Due to the new Patriot Act we cannot accept returned food products via mail. Please email us at generalinfo@doggiebonbonsinc.com if you have a problem with a food order. We can then resend your order for free one more time. |

What are your preservatives and why do you use them? |
| A. |
We preserve all of our treat with mixed tocopherols (vitamin E liquid) and ascorbic acid (vitamin C powder). We choose to preserve this way naturally to keep our treats fresh for 6 weeks rather than use unnatural preservatives. WE really love dogs! |

Our yogurt frosting is over 95% yogurt powder and does not need to be refrigerated. |
